I'm dealing with this spider pee rash that came back on my upper thigh. The first time I got it, my doctor friend told me to use Clobeng a few times a day, and luckily there wasn't any itching then, so I just went with that treatment. But now it's showing up again and causing irritation. I've started using Clobeng once more, but I'm concerned it might not go away entirely this time. How can I get rid of it for good?

View allI'm really worried about some medication I'm on. I'm taking Atarax at night and Allegra 180 in the mornings, and I've been on them for about 30 days now. I've also taken Atarax 25 twice a day for 40 days, Allegra 180 and levocetirizine for 15 days, Atarax 25 again but once a day for 10 days, Prutrax 50mg for 10 days, and Polaramine 5mg for 10 days. I've started noticing more urticaria appearing, and I'm concerned it might be because of this medication schedule. Can this mix of medications increase the risk of hives if taken for longer periods? Would love some advice on what to do next.
Taking Atarax at night and Allegra 180 in the morning for a longer period of 30 days can potentially lead to hives due to the combination of antihistamines. The prolonged use of these medications can sometimes paradoxically lead to worsening of symptoms such as urticaria. It is important to consult your doctor for proper evaluation and management of your condition.

I'm on holiday in Egypt and I've been feeling like there are bugs or ants crawling on my back, but when I check, there's nothing there. It's really weird and kind of freaking me out. On top of that, I'm also dealing with constipation in the lower abdomen. What could be causing these symptoms together?
Thats tactile hallucination, might be due to any food or smoke that you might have had there, visit Psychiatrist for appropriate management

I'm dealing with this skin thing that's kinda like a fungal infection, where I get these red rings. Sometimes it clears up on its own but then comes back. I'm trying to figure out which cream is better for it, Panderm Plus or Zoderm E? Any advice would be awesome!
Based on your description of a recurring fungal infection with red ring-like lesions, both Panderm Plus (clotrimazole + beclomethasone) and Zoderm-E (clotrimazole) can be effective; however, Panderm Plus might be a better option as it combines an antifungal (clotrimazole) with a mild steroid (beclomethasone) to reduce inflammation and itching
