I'm dealing with these black patches on my butt and groin area, and they're super itchy. When I scratch them, these scalelike bits come off the skin. Do you have any advice on what I can do about this? It's really bothering me.

View allI'm really worried because I've been dealing with a scabies infestation for the last four weeks. I've already tried taking teczine for 12 days, used HH fuduic cream, and also took Xyzal for 12 days along with micodoxbx and the same cream. I even applied permetrin all over my body twice and took ivermectol 12mg twice, but it keeps coming back. Can you help me figure out why it's not going away and what else I can do to get rid of it?
Your treatment is correct but recurrence might be due to lack of hygiene, focus in that aspect and have one more course of the treatment

I'm really struggling with a skin fungal infection that's affecting different parts of my body, even my nails. There's this thick, whitish growth on my toenail and I've used all sorts of antifungal creams for what feels like forever, but nothing seems to fully get rid of it. It's really frustrating. Do you have any advice on what might work or why this is happening?
Having skin fungal infection in different areas of your body, including your nails (whitish thick nail of your foot), can be challenging to treat. To effectively treat fungal infections, especially on the nails, oral antifungal medications are often necessary. I recommend speaking with your doctor about prescribing you oral antifungal medication such as Terbinafine. Additionally, using topical antifungal creams like Clotrimazole (brand name Lotrimin) or Miconazole (brand name Monistat) can help in conjunction with the oral medication. Remember to keep the affected areas clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I'm thinking about trying Glutone tablets for skin whitening, and it's my first time with them. I'm a bit curious if they're really effective and safe to take without a doctor's prescription. Also, I'm already using Glutathione soap by Health Vit and haven't noticed any side effects so far. What do you think?
Usually there are no side effects with this, But you should visit a Dermatologist for evaluation of your problem and appropriate treatment.
