I'm dealing with these painful boils between my buttocks, pretty close to the lower area near the anus. It's really painful when I sit and sometimes it even bleeds a little. Could you suggest any home remedies or advice on what I should do about this?

Boils between the buttocks can be painful and uncomfortable.
Home Remedies
- Warm Compresses: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the affected area for 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a day. This can help bring the boil to a head and encourage it to drain.
- Tea Tree Oil: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil. Apply the mixture to the affected area using a cotton swab. Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties that can help combat infection.
- Aloe Vera: Apply aloe vera gel directly to the affected area. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain and swelling.
- Turmeric Paste: Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with enough water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing off. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
- Sitz Bath: Soak in a warm sitz bath for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a day. This can help reduce pain and promote healing.
Precautions
- Avoid Squeezing or Popping: Resist the temptation to squeeze or pop the boil, as this can push bacteria deeper into the skin and lead to further complications.
- Keep the Area Clean: Gently clean the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Avoid Tight Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing

View allI'm noticing that around 20 of my head hairs are turning grey, and my beard has started greying too. I've heard about Kerablak tablets, specifically the 200 mg ones, and I'm wondering if they are effective for grey hair. Could you suggest if they're good or if there's another tablet I should consider? I really want to understand my options for dealing with this greying issue.
Kerablak tablet is not specifically indicated for treating grey hairs. However, you can try using a supplement containing Biotin, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C to help maintain healthy hair pigmentation. Additionally, using a hair colorant can help cover the grey hairs.

There's a lump on my left buttock, and this is the ninth time it's happened in the same spot. I visited a gynecologist, and she mentioned it might be an abscess. Could you help me understand what might be causing this to keep coming back? Is there anything I should be worried about, or does this require a particular treatment or lifestyle change to prevent it in the future?

I'm struggling with vitiligo for the past 4 years and it's really concerning me. I've got these white patches on my neck and chest, and nothing seems to work. I followed a treatment plan for 34 months with tablets like Orofer after lunch, Meganeuron in the morning, used Melgain lotion after a bath, got some sun exposure before lunch, and applied Tacoz forte ointment at night, but there's been no improvement. I'm from Mumbai and Marine Lines is the closest station to me. Can you please guide me on what I might be doing wrong or if there's an alternative treatment I should consider?
Usually vitiligo is a chronic disease and takes time to heal, have patience and continue the treatment as advised by your doctor, consume protein rich food for better results.
