I'm dealing with these persistent itches and they seem to get a bit better when I use Valbet or similar antifungal creams, but the relief doesn't last. After about a week, they come back, and this has been going on for over a year now. It's really bothering me. Do you think I might be dealing with a chronic fungal infection or could it be something else? What should I do to finally get rid of it?

I've recently noticed that my forehead is getting really tan, and I realized I've never really paid much attention to my skincare until now. I'm 24 and have started using a Himalaya walnut scrub, neem face wash, and kesar face pack for about a month. I can see some improvement on my cheeks but not on my forehead. Also, since I started using the neem face wash, I get a lot of pimples. They seem to clear up after using the face wash, but new ones just pop up in different places. What can I do to get rid of the tan on my forehead and prevent these pimples?

You are suffering with Acne Vulgaris this needs a course of antibiotics and vitamin A supplements, visit DERMATOLOGIST for the same and for tan removal you can try with CO2 laser treatment

I'm struggling with this jock itch around my groin and butt area. I've tried using antifungal ointment, but it hasnt made a difference. Some spots have even turned dark, and it's getting really uncomfortable. Do you think I might need to take tablets for it?

It sounds like your jock itch may be resistant to topical treatment alone. In this case, oral anti-fungal medications may be necessary to effectively treat the infection. I recommend taking **Fluconazole** 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Additionally, continue using the anti-fungal ointment as directed for better results. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I've had pretty large breasts since middle school and hit puberty fast, so I was never really comfortable with my body. I ended up wearing sports bras to make my breasts look smaller for the longest time. Now, Ive got this discoloration around my breasts from sweating and chafing. Is there any way to get rid of it?
