I'm dealing with these small wounds on the neck area of my penis, and they're really causing pain during sex. It's stressing me out. Can you tell me what's going on and what I should do about it?

I'm really struggling with dandruff and heard that antifungal shampoos might help. Could you recommend some good options? I would really appreciate your advice!

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.

I'm worried because I've had this bump on my mons pubis for about six months now. It tends to swell and becomes painful, especially during my periods, but other times it's just there, like a little ball under the skin that I can feel when I touch it. I tried using a hot compress like my gynecologist suggested. While it helped with the swelling a bit, the bump still hasn't gone away. What could this be, and should I be doing something else to treat it?

Your complain should be addressed to a Dermatologist. You may have a Bartholin's cyst. You may need to take antibiotics. Additionally, you can use a sitz bath with warm water a few times a day to help with the discomfort. If the cyst persists, you may need a procedure called marsupialization to drain it.
