I've had this dry whitish patch on the shaft of my penis for about six months now, and it's got me a bit worried. The skin on that patch is kinda wrinkly, and when I wet it with water or oil, it appears to go back to normal, but it still seems a bit lighter than the rest of the skin. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it, and is there anything I can do to treat or improve it?

The symptoms you described, including a dry, whitish patch with wrinkly skin on the penis shaft that normalizes with moisture, could be indicative of vitiligo, eczema, or lichen sclerosus; consult a dermatologist

Also, how long should I continue using it to maintain the fairness? I'm a bit worried about what happens after I stop using the cream. Will my skin get darker again? Any advice would be really appreciated.
