I'm dealing with tinea cruris for some time now and it's been really tough. I'm supposed to use seriva for it, but I'm unsure how many times a day I should be applying it. Could you help me out with this? It's been a real struggle.

I've been having a really annoying issue with my scalp lately. It's super itchy and flaky, and there's a bunch of hair falling out. On top of that, it's like I'm getting these grainy, salt-like particles on my scalp that itch as well. It's honestly driving me nuts because my scalp feels dirty just a day after I wash it. I've been using Head & Shoulders but it's not helping. What could be going on with my scalp? Any advice on how to fix this?
