I'm dealing with tonsil stones for the past year and I've noticed some small stones in my tonsils. I've managed to remove a few, but can't get rid of the ones on the outer part. Sometimes it feels like something's stuck in my throat, but I don't have any ear pain, fever, swelling, or sore throat. The only issue is a dry throat. What should I do next? How can I relieve this problem without surgery? I've been gargling with Betadine daily. Could this be chronic tonsillitis? Any advice would be really helpful.

Consult an ENT specialist to rule out underlying conditions like allergies, sinusitis, or non-allergic rhinitis. Consider:
- Allergy testing
- Nasal endoscopy
- Imaging tests (CTMRI scans)
Continue medications as prescribed, and explore additional measures like humidifiers, saline nasal sprays, and avoiding irritants.

View allI'm really worried because about 6 months ago, I had severe vertigo and unfortunately, it's returning. Back then, I was told it was BPPV and the Epley maneuver worked like magic. But now, I'm getting that dizzy spinning sensation again and there's this weird sound in my left ear. I've already gone through audiometry and a brain MRI, and thankfully, those tests came back normal. I'm stuck and not sure what to do next. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on?

What are the best treatments for pinodinal sinus that don't involve surgery? I really want to avoid surgery if possible are there other ways to cure it completely?
Yes, several non-surgical treatments can effectively manage pilonidal sinus and potentially achieve a cure, especially in early stages or with proper management.
