I'm dealing with a urinary tract infection that's been going on for a month. It started with Klebsiella, and now it's E. coli. I've done 14 days of antibiotics for Klebsiella and 3 days for E. coli, but the symptoms are still there. My urine test and ultrasound came back normal. What could be going on, and what should I do next?

Should I consider surgery or is it fine as long as it's not causing issues?

I've been feeling this burning sensation inside the skin of my penis after masturbating, and it's kind of worrying me. Plus, after a while, there's this white substance that appears when I move the skin, and honestly, it's pretty uncomfortable and making it hard for me to masturbate. What could this be, and should I be concerned about it?
it might be some fungal infection, keep that area clean. Avoid moisture in that area
