I'm dealing with this viral fever and taking dolo 650 for it. I'm certain it's viral, but I'm confused about whether I might need any antibiotics. Could you help me figure out if I should be taking any?

Based on your symptoms and test results:

Possible Connections

  1. High BP and headache: High blood pressure can cause headaches, but in your case, the headache might be related to the hypoplastic sinuses.
  2. Hypoplastic sinuses: This condition can cause increased intracranial pressure, leading to headaches.

Next Steps

  1. Consult your physician: Discuss your test results and symptoms with your doctor as soon as possible.
  2. Neurology consultation: Your doctor may recommend consulting a neurologist to further evaluate the hypoplastic sinuses and their impact on your headaches.
  3. Continue BP medication: Adhere to your current BP medication regimen until your doctor advises otherwise.
  4. Monitor symptoms: Keep track of your headaches, BP readings, and any other symptoms to share with your doctor.

I've recently recovered from COVID-19, tested negative 20 days ago, but I'm still dealing with some mild post-COVID symptoms like headaches and a bit of abdominal discomfort. I've been wondering if it'd be okay to have a couple of small bottles of beer to relax during these tough times. Is it safe to have alcohol now, or should I wait a bit longer?

It is generally advisable to avoid alcohol consumption while recovering from COVID-19 and experiencing post-COVID symptoms. Alcohol can weaken your immune system and may interfere with the recovery process. It is best to focus on staying hydrated, getting adequate rest, and eating a healthy diet to support your body's recovery. If you are experiencing headache and abdominal pain, you can take acetaminophen for headache relief and antacids for abdominal pain. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions.

I've been working out for the past couple of weeks, mainly doing pushups every evening, around 100 in 3 sets. But now I've started having this odd sensation where I struggle with breathing and swallowing when I'm having dinner. It's been going on for about three days. The feeling does go away after a while, but I'm worried. Could it have something to do with my chest muscles tightening from the pushups? I don't have asthma or anything like that. What do you think might be causing this?

Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

Why we should not drink water at night?

There is nothing as such. You can drink water at any time of the day.
