I'm dealing with a wet cough that's been hanging around for about 45 days. I saw a pulmonologist before and was told to take Montek LC, Alerodil syrup, and some antibiotics. I finished all the meds, but the cough is still here, and I hear a whistling sound in my chest. Is there a chance this could be TB or asthma? With the lockdown, I can't see a doctor in person. Which medicine might help ease my symptoms until I can get medical advice?

View allI'm experiencing this issue where my breathing feels low during the night, even though all my tests like PFT, echo, and TMT are normal. I live in a hilly area, and I'm wondering if that's affecting my oxygen levels at night. Could moving to a flatter area help with getting more oxygen? Is there a particular reason that might justify relocating?
due to not acclimatization

I've been dealing with this issue where every morning I cough up thick, dark phlegm and it's such a struggle. I've noticed it seems to be coming from behind my uvula. This has been going on for about eight months now and I'm not taking any medication. Should I be worried or is there something I can do?
I dont think you have any issue or you need any treatment.relax.. you can gargle with saline water at the most. If you dont have persistent cough which stays whole day or any fever sneezingcold.. nothing to be done

I've been having trouble with shortness of breath and a dry cough, especially when I'm talking or laughing. I saw a doctor and was given some meds for three days: Zifi LBX, Maxtra Cold, Nelson, and Corex cough syrup. But I'm still dealing with the same issues. What should I do now? Any advice would be appreciated.
That could be due to chronic pharyngitis, visit general physician for evaluationa and appropriate management and also do salt water gargling and take luke warm water
