I'm an ex-smoker and used to smoke about 10 cigarettes a day for 7 years. It's been 6 months since I quit, but now I'm dealing with acid reflux and have pain in my chest and ribs, plus a cold. My ECG came back normal, but I'm really worried. Do you think this could be lung cancer? Also, how would I go about getting a lung cancer screening in Bangalore?

I've been smoking for about 3 years and decided to quit a few weeks ago, but I'm having these random pains in my chest and back where I used to feel inflammation when I smoked. Is this normal after quitting? Should I be worried about these pains, or is it just part of my body adjusting to not smoking anymore?

I'm really worried because I've been having trouble breathing and I often feel uneasy when I breathe. Plus, I've got this cough that's been bothering me for a while. I know it's not tuberculosis, but what else could be causing these symptoms? Should I be checking for something else?
