I'm experiencing a bad smell from my groin area, kind of like sweaty socks, especially when I'm sitting down. This just started about a week ago. A couple of months ago, I had a fungal infection around my anus and did a full course of medication from my doctor. I was prescribed ITZHH capsules and Livafin cream. Right now, I'm using Candid 1 clotrimazole soap, but it doesn't seem to be helping. What should I do?

I recommend adding an antifungal cream such as Terbinafine (brand name Lamisil) twice daily to the affected area. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothing, and avoid tight underwear to help prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I recently got bitten by an insect they call the Nairobi fly, and now there's this blister on my skin that's turned into scabby scales. Does the whole blistering thing and scabbiness mean it's healing, or should I be worried about it? Also, after seeing my doctor, they mentioned something about an injection. Do you think this will help with the healing process, or is there something else I should be doing?
Nairobi flies don't bite, but their body releases a toxin when in contact with the skin. Secondary infection by scratching is to be avoided. See a skin specialist if needed.

Im 17 and I've got these white spots that arent super noticeable, but I really want to get rid of them. Would using Clinsol gel help with this?
Clinsol gel contains Clindamycin, which is commonly used to treat acne. However, it may not be effective for treating white spots. I recommend consulting a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
