I'm really struggling with tinea corporis for the past year. I've tried lots of different medicines, and sometimes they help for a little while, but then the problem just comes right back. I'm getting frustrated and worried. Do you have any advice on what I can do to finally get rid of this for good?

To address this, I recommend trying a combination antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole 1% and Betamethasone 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected area twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2-4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Remember to maintain good hygiene practices and avoid sharing personal items to prevent reinfection.

View allI'm really stressed out about these acne and small bumps that have been popping up on my face for the past two months. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work. There's also some pigmentation near my chin, which is adding to my worries. With my wedding coming up soon, I desperately need a solution. Can you please help me figure out how to get rid of these acne and pimples?

I'm a 24-year-old guy working a desk job, and I'm noticing my hair falls out quite a bit daily. Whenever I use shampoo or conditioner, I can see a lot of hair coming off in my hands. Someone suggested trying curry leaves in the morning. Do you think that could really help? What else could be causing my hair to shed so much, and are there any other remedies I should consider?

I'm really curious about something. When I work out, I tend to sweat a lot from my entire body, but there are parts of my face, like my cheeks, nose, and chin, where I don't sweat at all. Meanwhile, my forehead is always drenched. Should I be worried that not sweating in those areas might be a sign of a bigger problem? Does not sweating mean I'll have a harder time losing fat from those specific spots? I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to start sweating there, or if it's even necessary for fat loss in those areas. What do you think?
