I've got these itchy black spots on my back, chest, and under my arms, and now they're spreading to my arms too. It's really irritating, and I'm kind of worried about it. What could this possibly be?

My mom, who's 55, got a pimple on her neck last month. The doctor recommended a Mantoux test, and from the results, they mentioned she might have skin TB. The thing is, except for that pimple, she doesn't have any other symptoms of TB. I'm wondering if just one Mantoux test is really enough to diagnose TB, or should we be looking into more tests? I've noticed that I've got these small white spots on my hand, right where the upper and lower skin meet. They've been around for quite some time, and at first, there were only a few, but now I've got a lot more. I'm a bit worried about what might be causing them and if it's something I should be concerned about. Could you shed some light on what's going on?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
