I've got these itchy black spots on my back, chest, and under my arms, and now they're spreading to my arms too. It's really irritating, and I'm kind of worried about it. What could this possibly be?

View allI've been having this recurring issue with ringworm or maybe it's jock itch on my inner thighs. I first tried using clobetasol cream, then switched to dexoderm to avoid clobetasol, but I realized that dexoderm has clobetasol propionate too. It keeps giving me relief but it never really goes away completely. I recently started using ebernet cream and taking terbinafine 250 mg tablets. It's only been a week, but I think the redness is coming back and it's even spread to my glans. I dont have any itching right now, but Im worried its returning. Plus, the side effects from the tablets are a lot and I'm starting to feel some of them. Any advice on what I should do?
Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, as you may need to adjust your treatment plan, and in the meantime, continue using the ebernet cream and terbinafine tablets as directed, while monitoring side effects and fungal infection symptoms.

I've been using Clobeta GM ointment for my jock itch, and while it's been helping, it's not completely gone. What cream and tablets would you recommend that could work better? And when should I take the tabletsmorning or night, and is it better before or after meals? I'm really hoping to get this sorted out soon.

I've had these black spots near my private area for about a month now, and they itch quite a bit. What could be causing this, and how can I get rid of them?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day on the affected area for 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to help clear up the infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing to help with the healing process.
