I'm experiencing chest pain, and there's this discomfort and tingling sensation in my left hand. I'm not feeling normal at all. I've already done an ECG and an ECHO. Could you kindly share your WhatsApp number so I can send over my reports for your advice? I really need your help with this.

I don't know about your specific medical condition without reviewing your reports. However, based on your symptoms of chest pain, pain in the left hand, and palpitations, it could be related to a heart issue. You should consult a cardiologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I'm really worried because I've been experiencing shortness of breath for the past 20 days, and every time I try to breathe, it feels like there's a lot of pressure on my heart. I'm scared that my breathing might suddenly stop. Could this lead to a heart attack, or maybe it's related to COVID-19? I also feel very anxious and could use a recommendation for a good anxiety pill. I've been doing yoga and meditation daily, but it still feels like something is gripping my heart and stopping my breath. I've been following the treatment plan given to me, but I haven't noticed any improvement yet. What should I do?

Yes,continue same treatment as advised by the physician..

My wife's LVEF was measured at 50 during her pregnancy and it's still at the same level afterward. The cardiologist prescribed Ramister 1.25mg and Carnitor 500. We're a bit concerned since 50 is on the lower end of normal. Could you let us know if these medications will help improve her LVEF, or if there's anything else we should consider?

These medications can help improve cardiac function and potentially increase the LVEF. Additionally, it is important to follow a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, to further support heart health."

I've been noticing a few things and I'm a bit concerned. Breathing is fine and I don't have any throat pain, but I've been experiencing some chest pain and occasionally my leg hurts. Sometimes there's mucus too. I haven't been exercising for the last month and have mostly been staying at home. Could this be related to my lack of activity, or should I be worried about something else?

once get your ECG done as a screening for cardiac issues,if it turns out to be normal, General physician consultation would help you.
