I'm experiencing chest pain right in between my cleavage, and it almost feels like there's something sitting on my chest. It's been bothering me, and I'm a bit worried about what it could mean. Could this be something serious?

View allCan we avoid going through angioplasty even though there are two clots in the heart? The patient seems fine, so I'm wondering if we could just start rehab without surgery.
Angioplasty may be necessary to treat the clotting in the heart to prevent any potential complications. However, if the patient is stable and asymptomatic, a conservative approach can be considered. It is important to closely monitor the patient's condition and follow a strict medication regimen. Rehabilitation can be started under the supervision of a healthcare provider. Medications such as antiplatelets (e.g. Clopidogrel) and anticoagulants (e.g. Warfarin) may be prescribed to manage the clotting. Regular follow-up with a cardiologist is essential to assess the need for any further interventions.

I'm having some discomfort in my chest when I masturbate, especially in the middle and left side. It doesn't hurt a lot, just a little, but it's noticeable. At first, I thought it might be because I was overweight, so I lost some weight and now I'm down to 67 kg, but the pain is still there. I even tried stopping for a month, thinking it was because I was doing it too often, like 3-4 times a week, but the pain came back when I started again. I'm a bit embarrassed to talk to my friends or family about this, but is there something else that could be causing it?

I'm a bit worried about some stuff I've been experiencing. Sometimes when I talk loudly, I feel this pain in my chest. I usually masturbate maybe twice or thrice a month, often while watching porn or imagining naked women, and that always made my heart race. Recently, I've tried to stop watching but still experience the pain whenever I shout. Could there be a link between these things, or should I be concerned about the pain when speaking loudly?
