I'm experiencing continuous bleeding three months after a normal delivery. Is this normal, or could there be an issue since it hasn't stopped at all? About 1.5 months in, the bleeding slowed down, but for the past six days, it's been like normal bleeding again. I'm really worried and would appreciate any advice or remedies. What could be the possible solutions?

Cremaffin Plus is a medication containing ispaghula husk and dicyclomine hydrochloride, used to treat anal fissures. The hunger pangs you're experiencing could be due to:
- Dicyclomine hydrochloride: This antispasmodic medication can stimulate appetite and increase hunger.
- Ispaghula husk: This fiber supplement can sometimes increase hunger and appetite, possibly due to its effect on gut hormones.
To manage hunger pangs:
- Eat smaller, frequent meals: To avoid overeating and manage hunger.
- Choose fiber-rich foods: Include fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet.

I'm a breastfeeding mom and have been feeling pain in my legs for the past three days. The pain gets worse when I'm running, and I'm wondering if it could be due to a calcium or vitamin deficiency. It seems to be better when I'm resting. Can you help advise on what might be going on?

My mom has a left ovary endometriotic cyst measuring 32x24 mm with internal echoes inside it. There's also a bulky uterus with multiple fibroids around 32x26 mm and an endometriotic lesion on the posterior wall about 24x14 mm. Should she consider surgery for this or are there other options? What does this mean for her health?
Ideally after preliminary treatment and investigations if pt is not improving and pain persist and family is complete then she should go for hysterectomy as probably advised by your gynaecologist. Next Steps Consult gynaecologist Health Tips Hysterectomy
