I'm experiencing dizziness for the past 4 weeks. My ENT doctor prescribed STABLANZ PV and VERTIGON tablets, which help a lot when I take them. But when I stop, the dizziness and spinning in my head come right back. Does this sound like vertigo to you, or could it be something else? Also, any advice on how to get rid of this dizziness, or if there's anyone else I should consult?

I'm dealing with vertigo and recently visited a Patanjali Arogya Kendra. The doctor there prescribed me divya mukta vati extra power, arjunarist syrup, protiking malt, and sperimed capsules. I'm a bit worried if this is the right treatment for my vertigo. Also, my blood pressure was measured at 110150. Should I be concerned about this? Any advice would really help!

My wife has been dealing with TB Meningitis for the last two years. She completed the TB medication course, but she's still struggling with a lot of neural and back pain. An MRI showed signs of myelitis and some changes in her spinal cord, which has us really concerned. The doctors say that while the TB bacteria is gone, the damage might be beyond repair and her chances of recovery are slim at best. They've recommended physiotherapy and visiting pain management centers for her current pain. For about a year and a half, shes been on Gabapin 300 and Gabantip AT. Can you suggest any pain management centers, or maybe share your thoughts on any potential for recovery?
