I'm experiencing this feeling of suffocation sometimes, and it's really hard to catch my breath. I've been gasping for some fresh air and find myself needing to breathe through my mouth a lot. What's going on here? Should I be concerned about this?

I'm a 63-year-old woman and I've been dealing with breathing problems for the past ten years. I'm currently using medications like deriphyllin 150, essiflo puff, combimist puff, asthalin inhaler, and otrivin on a daily basis. I've also got a dust mite allergy. Is it alright for me to take all of these every day?
Continue same treatment. Also etophylline orally ,twice daily is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried about my tuberculosis treatment. It's been 3 months now and I've done the Gene Xpert test twice, which thankfully showed no MDR TB, just pulmonary tuberculosis. They've said no AFB is seen, but my fever still isn't stopping. I've been given amikacin and Ciso DS injections for 5 days, and I've already completed 4 days, but the fever is still there. Any idea how long it might take for the fever to go down?
continue the tuberculosis treatment for 3 more months
