I'm experiencing a gout attack right now and I've heard that taking zyloric could actually make it worse. Is that true? Should I avoid it or is it safe to continue using it during an attack? I'm a bit worried about making things worse. Can you help?

I've been dealing with this chest pain since March last year. Initially, my doctor said it was costochondritis, and all my tests like X-rays and CT scans came back normal.
