I'm experiencing a gout attack right now and I've heard that taking zyloric could actually make it worse. Is that true? Should I avoid it or is it safe to continue using it during an attack? I'm a bit worried about making things worse. Can you help?

Zyloric (febuxostat) is typically used to prevent gout attacks, not treat acute attacks. During a gout attack:
Contraindications
- Zyloric can worsen symptoms if taken during an acute attack.
- It may increase uric acid levels temporarily.

View allI've been dealing with this chest pain since March last year. Initially, my doctor said it was costochondritis, and all my tests like X-rays and CT scans came back normal. But recently, whenever I do chest exercises or stretching, the pain gets worse. It's really starting to freak me out. Can someone explain why this is happening and when I might start feeling normal again?
Patient is advised tab aceclofenac 100 mg orally ,twice daily for 7 days ,physiotherapy and mild exercises.

I've been dealing with gout and high uric acid for about six months now. I've been taking LOGOUTSR 250mg three times a day after meals. There's been a shortage of this medication, so I'm a bit concerned and wondering if you could suggest an alternative for me. Any advice on what I can do would really help.
