I'm experiencing a gout attack right now and I've heard that taking zyloric could actually make it worse. Is that true? Should I avoid it or is it safe to continue using it during an attack? I'm a bit worried about making things worse. Can you help?

Zyloric (febuxostat) is typically used to prevent gout attacks, not treat acute attacks. During a gout attack:
Contraindications
- Zyloric can worsen symptoms if taken during an acute attack.
- It may increase uric acid levels temporarily.

View allI'm Meenakshi, I'm 22 and from Chennai. I've been dealing with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) for over two years now. I've been on tablets for more than a year and a half, but it seems like they're not really working for me, and things might be getting worse. I've recently started on injections. Could you guide me to a doctor who has good experience with SLE? I'm really hoping to get some advice on what to do next.

I've been having these symptoms for about 7 months now, like this weird internal fever where I feel hot inside, but it doesn't show up on a thermometer. I also get frequent headaches and this annoying pain in my joints, especially in my hands and legs. It's gotten to the point where I'm just not motivated to do anything. What do you think might be going on with me?

I've been having a lot of knee joint pain and allopathy doctors are recommending surgery but I'm hesitant. Are there good ayurvedic treatment options in Bangalore that could help avoid surgery? What would you suggest for long-term relief?
Ayurvedic care and marma therapy may relieve knee pain but severe degenerative changes often benefit from guided physiotherapy or joint replacement eventually.
