I'm experiencing this internal fever, headache, and a bit of a cold, and it's been going on for about three days now. I'm in Delhi, so I'm starting to worry it might be dengue fever. Can you offer some advice on what I should do?

View allI'm getting anti-rabies shots at a government hospital because I was a bit worried that my friend's month-old puppy might have scratched me. The scratch was small, but I'm taking precautions and getting vaccinated. So far, I've had three shots, with two more to go. They're doing it hypodermally with an insulin syringe instead of intramuscularly. I received the last shot on September 2nd, and I've noticed a little swelling each time. But today, there's a noticeable bumpy swelling at the injection site, about 1cm in diameter, and it feels like a tight mass when I press on it. I tried massaging it with ice, but I'm still concerned. Do you think this is something to worry about?
As its given intradermally that swelling wpould appear but will subside on its own dont massage it.

I've been dealing with a persistent cough for the last 10 days, and I'm really not sure what's going on. Could you recommend a good cough syrup that I can easily find at the pharmacy? I'm getting a bit worried since it's been going on for a while now.
For your persistent cough, I recommend taking Benadryl Cough Syrup. You can take 10ml of Benadryl Cough Syrup three times a day after meals. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions on the label.

How long does medicine side effects last?
There is no specific timeline of sideeffects which can commonly apply for all medicines. It depends on the duration of usage, dosage of medicine used and half-life elimination of the drug from the body.
