I'm experiencing this lingering mild pain in my head and my head just feels so heavy that it's making it tough for me to get my work done. I can't really focus because I'm not feeling good. Could this have something to do with my eyes? Any advice on what I should do?

View allIve been experiencing this weird sensation where it feels like my head and body are moving even when Im lying down. Sometimes I feel out of balance when Im walking, too. What could be causing this? It's starting to worry me a bit.
You may be experiencing a condition known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or a vestibular balance disorder, characterized by sensations of movement, spinning, or loss of balance, especially when lying down or changing positions; other possible causes include inner ear problems, migraines, or anxiety, so consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist

Can Chiari malformation heal on its own without surgery or are there any meditation techniques that might help with symptoms
Chiari malformation doesn't typically heal on its own without surgery, especially if symptoms are present. While some individuals with mild or no symptoms might only require monitoring, surgery is generally recommended when symptoms are present to relieve pressure on the cerebellum and spinal cord. While surgery is the primary treatment, meditation techniques can be helpful for managing symptoms and improving quality of life

My mom's been dealing with this burning sensation in her foot, especially during the summer months, and I'm really worried about her. It's been going on for years, and we're not sure what to do. Do you have any advice or suggestions for treatment that might help her out?
A burning sensation in the feet can be caused by various factors, including nerve damage, diabetes, alcohol abuse, and vitamin deficiencies. To determine the underlying cause, it's essential to consult a neurophysician, who may conduct tests such as electromyography, nerve conduction studies, and laboratory tests to diagnose the condition
