I'm experiencing loose motions and lower back pain, and it's making me a bit concerned. I've also got this tingling sensation in my toes and a slight headache that's been bothering me. To top it off, I haven't been able to sleep properly. I'm just wondering if all these symptoms are connected and what might be causing them. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI'm feeling really tired after work lately, and my memory seems to be getting weaker. I've also noticed some bone pain and I think it might be related to a vitamin deficiency like B12 or D6, which I've seen in earlier reports but didn't pay much attention to. Which type of doctor should I visit to get this checked out?
You should consult a **general physician** or a **nutritionist** to address your vitamin deficiencies. They can help with diagnosis and provide a treatment plan, which may include vitamin supplements or dietary adjustments. If needed, they might refer you to a specialist, such as an **endocrinologist** or **rheumatologist**, depending on your symptoms.

I'm feeling really worried because I've got a fever of 101 and there's a rash too. Could these symptoms mean it's a viral fever? If it is, how is the treatment different from other types of fever? Ive got some medicine names but could you tell me what I should be taking? If you can, Id appreciate it if you explain in Hindi since I might not get all the medical terms.
check cbc and platelets and take iv fluids if necessary based on symptoms
