I'm experiencing a lot of discomfort in my throat after vomiting, which was caused by acid reflux. Now, even when I just drink water, it still hurts. What could be causing this and what should I do to relieve the pain?

I'm experiencing some discomfort and would love your thoughts. My right ear pains a bit, and I've noticed that moving my neck causes pain on the right side.
