I'm experiencing a lot of saliva and after swallowing it, I feel this burning sensation in my stomach like acidity. Its really uncomfortable. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

Can be a sign of acid reflux. You can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for relief. Additionally, you can use Antacid syrup like Gaviscon 10-20ml after meals and at bedtime as needed for immediate relief from acidity symptoms. Avoid spicy and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating to help reduce symptoms.

I'm dealing with constipation that's causing bleeding in that area, and it's really painful. Sometimes, it even swells up, making it uncomfortable to sit. I'm wondering how I can manage this situation at home and if there are any remedies to get rid of a skin tag or pile naturally. Any advice?

My colonoscopy showed a bulging appendix orifice with a small tumor that hasn't grown in two years. Should I keep monitoring it or opt for surgery? I'm worried they might remove my ileocecal valve too since it's close by, and I'm not sure if the tumor is even harmful what's the best move here?

Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.
