I'm experiencing a lot of saliva and after swallowing it, I feel this burning sensation in my stomach like acidity. Its really uncomfortable. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

Can be a sign of acid reflux. You can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for relief. Additionally, you can use Antacid syrup like Gaviscon 10-20ml after meals and at bedtime as needed for immediate relief from acidity symptoms. Avoid spicy and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating to help reduce symptoms.

I'm having trouble with hard stools. I ate some bread and pizza, and since then, I've been dealing with chronic constipation. It kinda feels like there's something really stuck in my colon. Can you suggest a practical and lasting solution for this?

To relieve your constipation and prevent it from becoming a long-term issue, focus on: Increasing fiber (fruits, vegetables, whole grains). Drinking more water. Exercising regularly. Avoiding processed foods that can contribute to constipation. Trying natural laxatives or gentle over-the-counter remedies if necessary. If your symptoms persist or worsen, dont hesitate to reach out to a doctor

I'm feeling really embarrassed because every time I eat, especially at breakfast, I get this buildup of phlegm in my throat that I need to spit out. It's been happening for a while and it's awkward for people around me. I've been treated for GERD with medicines like Rabiym DSR, and for allergies with Monteluksut and Fex. But it still doesn't seem to be getting better. Do you know what might be causing this or how I could improve the situation?

My wife has been dealing with severe bleeding hemorrhoids for over 3 years, and it's gotten really bad this past week with a lot of blood loss. Our baby is only 4 months old, so surgery isn't an option right now we're planning for May when our older son is on break. What can we do to stop the bleeding until then? It's happening way too often and we're really worried

To stop bleeding you can use the tablet pause mf ,one tablet twice a day for about 3-5 days.
