I'm experiencing a lot of sensitivity on the head of my penis, to the point where touching or massaging it is really uncomfortable. This is affecting my sex life because it's causing me to ejaculate too quickly. When I'm erect, touching it is almost unbearable. Do you have any advice on how I can manage this sensitivity?

View allI'm a bit concerned about my urine test results which show pus cells at 34 hpf. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it just normal?
If you don't have any lower abdominal pain, burning sensation during micturation, nausea and fever, then this reading can be considered normal as these numbers are not significant until you have symptoms associated with it but the report is generally normal.

I've been having this issue where I wake up in the middle of the night because of an unexpected ejaculation, and I have to rush to the bathroom. It's followed by a lot of urination. This is only the second time its happened, but I really want to stop this from becoming a bigger problem. Ive already cut out things like masturbation because it was affecting my concentration and mood, and I'm worried this involuntary discharge is going to have the same negative effects. I've understood how important it is to preserve seminal fluid and really want to make sure none is lost. I'm hoping you can help me out with this.

I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about my erection size, which is about 10 cm. I'm wondering if there's any realistic way to increase it significantly, maybe to something like 55.5 inches? Is this even possible or am I aiming too high?
It's important to understand that penis size can vary greatly among individuals, and factors such as genetics play a significant role. While some treatments like exercises or devices claim to help, their effectiveness is often limited. It's advisable to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and to address any concerns you may have.
