I'm experiencing night falls most days of the month, and it's making me feel weak and causing a lot of issues in my life. I'm really anxious about my future performance because of this. I haven't talked to anyone about it because I feel guilty and kind of scared. What can I do about this?

Night falls, also known as nocturnal emissions, are a common occurrence in men and can lead to feelings of weakness and guilt. To address this issue, you can try taking Tab. Himalaya Confido 1 tablet twice daily for 1 month. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques before bed, such as deep breathing or meditation, may help reduce the frequency of night falls. It's important to maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a balanced diet to support overall well-being.

I'm having a bit of an issue with my foreskin not being able to pull back over the head of my penis because its too tight. From what Ive read, it seems like it might be phimosis. When I was a kid, a small part of my foreskin was cut by a doctor because it got stuck and wouldn't return to its normal position. There's an image attached for reference. Could you help me figure out whats going on and what I should do next?
