I've been masturbating for the past 6 years without actually removing my clothes, like on my underwear. Is there any chance this could lead to an infection?

Masturbating in this manner may increase the risk of developing a genital infection due to the warm and moist environment created by the underwear. It is important to maintain good hygiene practices to reduce the risk of infection. You can use antifungal creams like Clotrimazole 1% cream to prevent or treat any potential fungal infections.

View allI have a 16mm stone in my left kidney and a 14mm stone in my right kidney. The urologist is suggesting laparoscopy for the left one but I really don't want surgery. Are there any other options to avoid going under the knife?
For your 16mm kidney stone, there's a good chance you'll need some form of intervention, but surgery isn't always the only option. While laparoscopy is a minimally invasive surgical option, other non-surgical techniques like shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) or ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URSL) might be considered. Your urologist may also recommend retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) for larger stones. The best approach will depend on the specific characteristics of your stones and your overall health

I've had two manual surgeries for kidney stones but they're still there 13mm on one side and 9mm on the other. I don't have pain right now, but I'm worried and wondering if laser surgery would be a better option to finally get rid of them. What do you suggest for a more thorough treatment?
Lithotripsy ,uretroscopy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotriosy (ESWL) are advised to the patient.
