I'm dealing with erectile dysfunction and it's really confusing because sometimes everything works fine but other times it doesn't. I'm not sure if there's something specific triggering it or if it's just random. What could be causing this, and is there any advice you could give me to help improve the situation?

I masturbate once a day and I'm curious if there's any harm in doing this regularly. It's become a nightly habit for me, and I'm just wondering if it might have any negative effects or if it's something I should worry about.

Masturbating once a day is generally considered normal for most individuals, as long as it doesn't interfere with daily activities, relationships, or cause any physical discomfort. It's important to listen to your body and ensure it doesn't become compulsive or negatively impact other aspects of your life. If you have concerns, its always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

I've had my kidney stent removed about a month ago, but I'm still having some pain in my side abdomen and my back pretty often. Is this normal, or could it indicate another issue? I'm really worried and could use some guidance.

It is not uncommon to experience some pain in the side abdomen and back after a kidney stent removal procedure. However, if the pain is persistent or severe, it could be a sign of a urinary tract infection or kidney stone. I recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief. Additionally, drink plenty of water to help flush out any potential kidney stones. If the pain persists or worsens, please consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
