I'm really concerned because it's been two years since I've had morning erections. I can't figure out what's causing this. Can you help me understand what's happening?

It's understandable to feel concerned, but morning erections can vary for many reasons, including stress, lifestyle changes, or underlying health conditions like hormonal imbalances or blood circulation issues. I recommend speaking to a healthcare provider to assess your situation and provide personalized guidance.

View allMy dad is 65 and has multiple kidney stones around 25mm in size. He doesn't have BP or diabetes. Can these stones be treated with medicine or does he need surgery? What's the best option for someone his age?
For 25mm kidney stones, surgical intervention is generally recommended due to their size and likelihood of causing blockage or complications. Medications can be used to manage symptoms and prevent future stones, but they are unlikely to dissolve or pass stones of this size

I recently went to a urologist who told me my testicles are undescended and still in my lower abdomen based on an ultrasound scan. I'm 26 and worried it might be too late to fix this. Can you recommend a good doctor or hospital in Bangalore for this? Also, any idea what the surgery might cost roughly?
Surgery is the best option, we cant do anything much with medication, so go for surgery.

Had surgery for primary obstructive mega ureter two months ago where they also removed two stones. Still have five stones left in my kidney, and recovery's been rough. Now they found a urethral stricture and dilated it two weeks back. Should I be worried about the remaining stones or the stricture coming back? What's the next step here?
