I've been having rashes and white discharge on my penis and my urologist recommended circumcision surgery. I'm not sure I want to go through with surgery could this be something like trichomoniasis instead? Who should I see to explore other treatment options?

Uneven breast size is common and often hormonal; for non-surgical options, consider proper bra fitting or consult an endocrinologist or plastic surgeon for evaluation.

I'm having trouble with delayed ejaculation during sex, and it's causing some issues for my wife and me. I just can't seem to ejaculate inside her. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

My father has been dealing with frequent urination and a burning sensation when he pees. We saw a doctor who recommended tests like Haemogram, CUE, PSA, HBA1C, and an ultrasound scan of the pelvis and abdomen. Everything looked fine except the PVR was 500ml. Now they've done a cystoscopy and are suggesting TURP surgery. Is this the right time to go for surgery, or should we wait and try more medications? Can this be managed with just medicines?
if conservative therapy fails ,TURP is advised.
