I'm experiencing numbness in my feet and hands, and there's also this burning sensation in my hands. Sometimes they even get really hot. Do you have any idea what's going on?

These symptoms could be due to peripheral neuropathy. I recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements such as Neurobion Forte once daily. Additionally, you can use a topical cream like Volini for relief from burning sensation.

View allI've been dealing with terminal neuralgia for over 10 years and take 200-300mg of Medicine 56 daily, sometimes up to 8 pills if the pain gets unbearable. My doctor says brain surgery is the only option, but it's too risky. Are there any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments that could help with this condition?
surgery is advised to the patient ,since conservative therapy is not responding.

I'm really struggling with something that's been bothering me a lot. It's like my mind and mouth just aren't in sync, and I can't seem to get my thoughts into words. I find myself stuttering and speaking really fast, which makes my speech unclear. Plus, the tone and accent of my speech seem off, and I have trouble pronouncing words within sentences. It's getting to the point where people can't understand me easily. Can you offer some advice or guidance on what might be causing this and what I can do about it?

I had IPCL eye surgery two months ago and ever since then, I get a one-sided headache whenever I'm exposed to outside air. Taking something like Sinarest gives me relief for half a day, but then the headache comes back. I mentioned this to my doctor at Vasan Eye Care Hospital, but nothing helped. It's really affecting my work and making me frustrated what could be causing this?
eye opinion is advised.
