I'm experiencing pain just below my right ribs since yesterday. It gets worse when I breathe, laugh, or change positions while sleeping. I'm really concerned about what might be causing this. Could you please help me understand what it could be?

Hello, it sounds like you may be experiencing pain in your right ribs. This could be due to a muscle strain or inflammation of the rib cartilage. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief. Additionally, applying a warm compress to the area may help alleviate the discomfort. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

I had an endoscopy done and attached the images. Can you suggest any medications to help tighten my LES? Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can try first? I'm really worried about this and not sure what to do next.

I'm currently dealing with jaundice and my liver is really swollen. I'm craving some Surabhi Jain tomato ketchup. Is it safe for me to eat some, and if so, how much do you think I can have? I'm just trying to be cautious with what I consume right now.
