I'm experiencing pain on the left side of my lung for the past year. Sometimes it goes away, but other times it really hurts. I recently had an X-ray done, and it says there's a fibrotic lesion on my left upper lung. Is this something serious? What could be causing it? I'm really worried and would love some advice.

I'm really worried because my recent medical checkup in a Saudi clinic showed some upper lobe fibrotic lesions in my X-ray. They said I'm unfit because of this, and when I asked the doctor, they mentioned it might be due to old tuberculosis, showing up as fibrosis. I'm confused and a bit scaredcan something like this be treated or removed? What's the best way to go about this?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's 73 and just got over COVID about nine days ago. For the first five days, his oxygen levels were stable at 95, but then his blood sugar went up, and the doctors said it's from the steroids, even though he's not diabetic. He was treated for around four days, and now the sugar and blood pressure are under control. But his oxygen levels are fluctuating between 86 to 93. Should I be thinking about taking him back to the hospital, or is there something else I could do at home?
