I'm experiencing pain on the left side of my lung for the past year. Sometimes it goes away, but other times it really hurts. I recently had an X-ray done, and it says there's a fibrotic lesion on my left upper lung. Is this something serious? What could be causing it? I'm really worried and would love some advice.

View allI'm dealing with tuberculosis and I'm a bit confused. My PCR test came back positive but the culture report was negative. Also, after one month of treatment, my sputum test is negative too. I've already completed two months of treatment. What does this all mean? Should I be worried about the differing test results?

I'm experiencing something strange with my breathing. Even though my nasal passages are clear, it feels like there's something blocking my inhalation right from the start. When I tilt my head back, I notice I can inhale more deeply. Is there an actual difference in my breathing when I do that? Also, during exhalation, I feel the air coming out just fine, but could this be a problem for my lungs? Would love some clarity on this.
Seroflo inhaler sos is advised to the pt for wheezing.

I'm 20 and have smoked for just a year, about 23 cigarettes a day. Recently, I've noticed some red streaks in my mucus when I wake up in the morning. Could this mean I have lung cancer? It's been really stressing me out.
