I'm really struggling with this issue and it's been over a year now. I've seen several doctors - 3 ENT specialists and 2 DTCD doctors. My main issue is this constant feeling of congestion and mucus in my throat. It doesn't bother me at night or when I'm sleeping, but during the day, it feels like I always need to clear my throat. A chest specialist recently prescribed me the Aerocart inhaler, which I used three times a day for 10 days, then twice daily, and finally once a day, but after 30 days, there was no improvement. They then suggested I try Theo Asthalin tablets twice a day, but it's been 2 days and still no change. What should I do next? This is really starting to worry me.

View allI'm a 27-year-old female and I've been frequently checking my SpO2 levels because of shortness of breath, which I've had since August. Most times, it reads between 96-98, but sometimes it dips to 93 for a second and then goes back to 95 or 97. Is this something normal? I'm also getting sweaty and don't have a fever or anything, but I am kind of worried. Can you help me understand if these are typical readings and if I should be concerned about these symptoms?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

Why are coughs worse at night?
When laying flat, mucus gets pooled up in the throat since nose and throat are connected and this causes coughing

I'm really worried because I've had this persistent cough for around 20 days now, and in the mornings, it's even harder because I cough up a bit of blood. Should I be concerned about a serious health issue, or could it just be something related to the changing seasons?
Sputum for AFB and chest x-ray pa view is advised to the patient.
