I'm having trouble breathing and I've already done an ECG, echo, treadmill test, and angiography, and they all came back normal. Are there any other tests or possibilities we should explore? I'm really worried because I still feel like something's off.

I'm really worried because I've been having Covid symptoms, like chest pain and breathing issues, but my RT-PCR tests always come back negative. It's been 1.5 months since this all started, and my recent chest X-ray showed congested bilateral hila. Can you help me understand what this means?
