I'm experiencing pain on the left side of my throat, and it's really tough to swallow. There's also this annoying feeling like a lump's stuck in my throat. Any idea what might be going on?

Persistent swollen lymph nodes can be concerning.
Given the FNAC result shows reactive lymph nodes, it's likely a benign condition.
Consider the following steps:
- Consult a hematologist or an oncologist for a second opinion.
- Rule out underlying conditions like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, or autoimmune disorders.
- Imaging tests like ultrasound or CT scans may help identify the cause.
- Excisional biopsy might be necessary if the node persists.
Don't hesitate to seek a specialist's opinion for further guidance.

I've been experiencing this constant pain between my eyebrows and the upper part of my nose for over a year now. It's there all the time and feels really heavy. Even taking paracetamol doesn't seem to help. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do about it?
The persistent pain between your eyebrows and upper nose, lasting over a year, could be related to various conditions, such as sinusitis, tension headaches, migraines, or trigeminal neuralgia; since paracetamol hasn't provided relief, consult a ENT specialist

The doctor is recommending surgery for my sinus issues in the nose but I'm not sure if it's the right option. What are the risks and benefits of sinus surgery, and are there any alternatives I should consider first? I'm a bit worried about going under the knife for this.
Very few people need surgery for sinusitis. Most people can treat the problem with home care and medicines. Surgery may be a good choice for some people who have chronic (long-term) sinusitis. If medicines and self-care have not helped with your symptoms, surgery can remove blockages and make the sinus openings bigger
