I'm experiencing pain on the right side of my chest, specifically in the middle area, and it gets worse when I bend down, walk, or move forward. It's been happening since yesterday morning. Even sleeping is tough I feel it when I try to lie down, and it's really painful when I sneeze. I've been on medication for epigastric and antral ulcers for the past five days. Could this chest pain be related to that, or might it be something else? I'm really worried about what's going on.

I'm having this weird sensation like something's stuck in my throat, and sometimes I even feel pain that goes all the way down to my chest. It seems to get worse when I wake up in the morning, but when I gargle or have some green tea, it feels a bit better. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

it can be due to post nasal drip

I've been struggling with this issue for months. Whenever I stand for a long time or walk a bit, I get this weird sweaty feeling around my anus, and I notice stains on my underwear that match that pattern. Also, when I poop, there's this white foam in it, and it just won't go away. The doctor had me get a perianal ultrasound, and everything looked fine, probably because they only checked the outside. They also mentioned it wasn't a fistula. I'm at a loss about what to do next. Can you help me figure this out?

Your symptoms, including the sweat-like sensation, anal staining, and white foam in stool, suggest a possible anal gland or fistula issue, despite the external perianal ultrasound being normal; consider seeking a second opinion from a colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist for a more thorough evaluation, including a digital rectal exam, anoscopy, or MRI, to rule out conditions like anal fistula, abscess, or proctitis, and to develop an effective treatment plan.

I'm experiencing a lot of saliva and after swallowing it, I feel this burning sensation in my stomach like acidity. Its really uncomfortable. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

Can be a sign of acid reflux. You can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for relief. Additionally, you can use Antacid syrup like Gaviscon 10-20ml after meals and at bedtime as needed for immediate relief from acidity symptoms. Avoid spicy and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating to help reduce symptoms.
