I'm experiencing this prickling sensation and a lot of itching on my hands near my wrists, legs, and even on my back. It's really uncomfortable, especially during the summer. Could you suggest some remedies I could try to get some relief?

white or grey hair would be due to protien deficiency ,consume balanced diet and protien rich food for a better result,if it is bothering you much,visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
