I'm experiencing a ringing sound and a pulsing feeling in my left ear every now and then, and it's kind of worrying me. Sometimes, it even feels like my ear is clogged. Should I be concerned about this? What steps can I take to address these symptoms?

View allI'm experiencing some swelling on my uvula and it really hurts at the back of my throat. It kind of feels like there's something stuck in there. Can you help me understand what's going on?
Swelling on the uvula with pain and feeling like something is stuck in your mouth could be due to inflammation or infection. This condition is known as uvulitis. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen and using throat lozenges to soothe the pain. Gargling with warm salt water can also help reduce inflammation. Additionally, you can use a throat spray containing benzocaine for pain relief. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a medical professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been experiencing a strange pricking sensation at the back of my tongue, deep in my throat. It's been happening since I had some roasted jeera powder mixed with lemon water. Thankfully, it doesn't hurt and I can still eat normally, but the sensation is definitely there. Do you have any advice on what I can do to ease this?

I've been dealing with sinusitis and just got my report should I be worried about anything? Does it look like I might need surgery for this?
Sinusitis surgery is needed if there's nasal polyps, severe blockage, or repeated infections—CT scan helps assess severity and guide treatment.
