I'm experiencing a ringing sound and a pulsing feeling in my left ear every now and then, and it's kind of worrying me. Sometimes, it even feels like my ear is clogged. Should I be concerned about this? What steps can I take to address these symptoms?

I'm experiencing this weird echo whenever I talk. It's like I'm hearing my own voice bouncing back at me, and I can hear it when others speak too. If I close one ear, it feels clogged, but at least the echo stops. But with both ears open, my left one feels blocked and the echo comes back. I'm not really sure what's going on. Do you think I should see an ENT specialist about this?

I've been feeling something stuck in my throat, like a spike or something pointy, and it just won't dissolve or go away no matter what I eat or drink.
