I'm experiencing some body pain, a slight fever, and a sore throat for the past couple of days. Could this be from a stomach infection? I tend to get those often. Is it alright to take aldigesic p, norflox tz, and azilide at the same time for this?

As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further

I took three pills of Curam which has 875mg of amoxicillin, hoping it would help with my cold. But then I realized maybe I shouldn't have taken them, and now I'm dealing with some bad headaches. Should I keep taking the antibiotic or stop completely?

It is not recommended to continue taking the antibiotic without proper medical advice, especially if you are experiencing headaches. I would advise you to stop taking the antibiotic and consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance on the appropriate treatment for your cold and headaches.

I recently got some tests done for Vitamin B and Vitamin D deficiencies, and the reports showed there's some issue. I'm feeling a bit concerned and would really appreciate some guidance on what steps I should take next or what these results might mean for my health. What should I be expecting in terms of treatment or lifestyle changes?

Delayed periods after stopping Duphaston is common, especially with PCOD. Possible reasons: 1. *Hormonal adjustment*: Your body might take time to adjust to the hormonal changes after stopping Duphaston. 2. *Withdrawal bleeding*: Duphaston can cause withdrawal bleeding, which might be delayed or irregular. Actions to consider: 1. *Wait a few more days*: Give your body some more time to adjust. 2. *Consult your doctor*: Reach out to your doctor for guidance and to rule out any underlying issues. 3. *Track your symptoms*: Monitor your symptoms, and if you experience heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or other concerns, seek medical attention.
