I'm experiencing some body pain, a slight fever, and a sore throat for the past couple of days. Could this be from a stomach infection? I tend to get those often. Is it alright to take aldigesic p, norflox tz, and azilide at the same time for this?

As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further

View allI'm really worried about this fever I've been dealing with since last week. It's been coming and going, and I'm also struggling with a cold. Every time I take medicine, I feel better for a few hours, but then the fever just comes back. What could be causing this, and how can I get it under control?
Your recurring fever and cold symptoms, despite temporary relief from medication, may indicate a underlying infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection, sinusitis, or a secondary infection like pneumonia or bronchitis; consider consulting a doctor for a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination, blood tests, and possibly a chest X-ray, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-inflammatory medications

I've been running a fever since last night and took sumo tablets twice, but it hasn't gone away. Should I start taking an antibiotic along with the sumo, or just stick to the sumo for now? I'm not sure what's best.
