I've been having this weird tickling and tingling feeling in my lower belly and left leg at night for about a year now. It seems to come and go in waves. I also mentioned it to my doctor once and they said something about OLD. I'm starting to get a little worried. Do you have any idea what's going on? Could it be related to the OLD or something else entirely?

may be related to a variety of conditions such as nerve compression, spinal issues, vascular problems, or COPD. Its important to consult with a healthcare provider to get a clear diagnosis and receive appropriate treatment. In the meantime, managing your posture during sleep, reducing stress, and ensuring proper circulation through exercise can help alleviate symptoms.
