I've been getting headaches every month or two, and I'm trying to figure out which headache medication would be better for my healthAnacin, Disprin, or Saridon? I noticed that Dolo 650 doesn't really work for me. Could you let me know which one is safer to use?

I'm dealing with a 103-degree fever since yesterday and struggling with unbearable headaches. I've been diagnosed with migraines and was prescribed Amicon 25. The doctor has now added antibiotics and Dolo 650 for the fever. Given that I'm a breastfeeding mom, I'm really concerned. Can I safely take Amicon 25 along with these other medications? The headaches are making it hard to sleep, and I just want to make sure everything's okay for me and my baby.

I'm feeling really dizzy in the mornings, and it's been happening again. After waking up today, the dizziness just hit me out of nowhere and lasted all day. I actually experienced the same thing about four weeks ago, and that time it went on for three days straight. I just thought it was normal back then, but now it's back and kind of freaking me out. Could this be due to dehydration or maybe something with my blood pressure? I checked my BP and it was 120. What should I do about this?
