I've had lower back pain since October 2020, and my MRI showed disc bulging at L3, L4, L5, and S1. I also have sciatica nerve pain down my left leg. I've been doing physiotherapy with heat and electrotherapy for 18 days, but it's not getting better. Would seeing a chiropractor help faster, or is surgery my only option?

For persistent, medication-resistant essential tremor with head shaking and anxiety, consider short-term treatments like botulinum toxin injections or anxiety-reducing medications like benzodiazepines. Surgical options include deep brain stimulation (DBS) and focused ultrasound thalamotomy. The cost of these treatments varies widely, but DBS is generally in the range of $50,000 to $150,000.

I'm a 17-year-old boy dealing with a brain condition called calcified granuloma. I'm really unsure about what kind of diet I should follow now and what treatment options are available. Can you advise me on what I should be eating and how I might go about treating this?
I'm sorry to hear about your condition. For calcified granuloma in the brain, treatment typically involves managing any symptoms or underlying conditions. A balanced diet rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins like vitamin E can support brain health. It's essential to follow your doctor's advice for specific treatment options, which may include monitoring, medications, or possibly surgery depending on severity.
