I've had this constant heaviness in my head since July 2013 and it's really affecting my balance when I'm walking or standing. It feels like there's pressure moving around in my head all the time. When it first started, I was feeling dizzy constantly and I couldn't hear properly for like ten days. This all happened after I experienced some dizziness and I was on Mala D pills for about seven to eight months because of my PCOD. Back then, I even felt balance problems while standing during my PCOD treatment. I've tried anxiety meds but they didn't help for long. I'm not sure what's going on but I've been on different medications since, and nothing has worked. Right now, there's constant pressure around my head, I'm always tired and dizzy, and my energy is super low. I can't stand still without feeling this heaviness moving around. It's so frustrating and I can't really describe how weird it makes me feel. Plus, I don't get my periods without medicine... because of PCOD. Could you please help me figure out what's happening?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms related to vestibular migraine, which can cause a variety of symptoms including dizziness, imbalance, and pressure in the head. The history of giddiness, balance problems, and ongoing symptoms like tiredness, dizziness, and low energy are suggestive of this condition. To help manage these symptoms, you can try taking preventive medications such as Amitriptyline

View allI'm really worried because my mom has been dealing with some kind of disease for over a year now. We've been to so many physicians and psychiatrists, and we've done various tests, but everything comes back normal. It's just so confusing, and we're not sure what steps to take next. She's currently taking medicines like Redion XT, Panor DSR, Etizolam, PKimitrip, Eteolam 0.5, and Lozipam 1, but nothing seems to work. I'm desperate for some advice on what might actually help her or even a recommendation for a doctor who could be the right fit to understand her health issue. Could anyone guide us?

Yes, disc bulges causing nerve pain in the left leg can often be managed without surgery through a variety of non-surgical treatments, including physical therapy, medication, and injections. Most cases resolve on their own with these methods, but it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for diagnosis and personalized treatment
