I'm experiencing some discomfort and mild prickly pain around my left testicle. It's been going on for about a day, and I can't figure out what's happening. It feels a bit awkward to talk about this in person. Can you help me understand what's going on?

View allI have an 18 mm kidney stone on the right side and an 11 mm one on the left. Can homeopathy really help remove stones this big or would I need surgery? What kind of procedure would be best for stones this size?
An 18 mm kidney stone usually requires surgical intervention for removal, as it's unlikely to pass naturally. Several minimally invasive procedures are commonly used, including ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy), RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery), and URSL (Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy). PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) may also be considered if other methods are not suitable.

I've noticed that my left testicle is quite a bit larger than my right one. It doesn't hurt or anything, but I'm not sure if this is something normal or if I should be worried about it. Should I be looking to see a doctor about this, and if so, what kind of specialist should I reach out to?
A size difference between testicles is relatively common and usually not a cause for concern
