I'm experiencing some discomfort with itching and occasionally a burning sensation after I pass stool, which lasts for a few hours before it settles down. But the itching tends to come and go. I've been using Betadine cream on my anus, and it seems to provide some relief. Is it safe for me to keep doing this, or should I be considering something else? Could you provide some guidance on this?

View allI'm having some trouble with gas, and I think it might be related to the fact that I've been eating a lot of boiled egg whitesabout 5 to 6 every day. Can they actually be causing this gas issue? If they are, is there something I can do to help with the gas? And what if I decide to switch to liquid egg whites insteadwould that make any difference?
