I'm experiencing some discomfort on the right side of my abdomen since this morning, and it seems to get worse when I walk. I'm a bit worried on what could be causing this pain. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

..indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well..

I've got 5.3mm gallstones but no major pain, just occasional back discomfort do I really need surgery or are there meds that can dissolve them

I'm dealing with loose motions, nausea, and feeling a bit feverish since this morning. I had a chest X-ray yesterday which mentioned something about Prominent Hila, likely vessels. Could this X-ray finding be related to my stomach issues, or is it something separate? I'm curious to know your opinion on this.
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
