I'm experiencing some dryness on the head of my penis. I decided to try using coconut oil to help with the dryness. Is coconut oil a good choice for this, or should I be considering something else?

View allI'm wondering if I should use Tyrodin cream for these red marks I have on my face. I'm worried it'll dry out my skin even more since it's already a bit dry. Do you think this cream is a good idea? Also, I'm looking for a moisturizer that can really hydrate my skin and give it a nice glow. Any recommendations? I've been dealing with a tinea infection recently and after consulting with my doctor, I took fluconazole tablets. While the infection is gone now, it's left me with these large black patches on my skin. Could you recommend a cream or treatment to help get my skin back to its original color?
Usually it takes time to heal and no need to worry or rush to change the treatment, have patience and give some times to heal, consume balanced diet and take adequate rest for better results.

I've been dealing with a really painful situation for the last couple of months. There are these small cuts on the top of my penis head that just won't heal properly. They get sticky, and it's getting harder to pull the skin back when I pee. Even when they seem to heal after about two or three days, they just reopen when the skin stretches. What should I do? I really need some advice and medication to fix this.
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
